Guanfacine side effect

Hi everyone, I have sleep challenges secondary to adhd. Started guanfacine and game changer. I am very side effect sensitive to most medications though. I am experiencing congestion and had this on several other medications previously with recurrent sinusitis and cold/flu frequently. I don't want to go back to that. Has anyone found any remedies to support this side effect that are sustainable? Thanks
