4w3d pregnant, spotting and clear jelly like clot

I’m currently 4w3d pregnant, found out at 3w5d. This morning I went to the bathroom and had this bloody jelly like clot (almost like my blood was mixed with cortical mucus) I wiped and it was light pinkish red and second wipe was a jelly pink/brownish color. A few hours later, I went again and no blood when wiping or peeing. I did feel up there and there was brown cervical mucus on my finger.

My husband and I did have sex 2 days ago, and I also have a small fibroid (3.3cm) on the top of my uterus. I have my appt for an ultrasound already scheduled on Aug 14(8w5d) but I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced this and everything was fine? Or if I should be concerned and try to get an earlier appointment.

Note: I was supposed to start my period today. I’ve have no cramping in my lower abdomen, no faintness/dizziness, shoulder pain, etc.
