MSCA-DN offer but in host lab is Turkish

Hi. I'm a non-EU applicant. I was recently offered an MSCA-DN PhD position at a Turkish university. I'm kind of conflicted, whether I should join or not. The positives are that the professor is low-key chill and the secondments are in the Netherlands, but I'm concerned about the STEM landscape and future prospects after a degree from a Turkish University.
