Looking to build my first pc

Hello everyone, I am really new to pc building as the title says this is my first. My laptop recently broke and I was looking for new one only to find some prebuilt to be better than the laptop at the same price and then I found its cheaper and better to build my own. I know virtually nothing about motherboards, cases, cooling but I was hoping to get some help here. My main requirements are:

32 GB RAM

2TB storage

CPU reaches around 5.0 GHz

Budget is 1600$

I was also hoping it would pair well with a monitor I found which is the Lenovo Legion Y27h-30
