Will another member be added to Frieren’s party?

Anime-watcher only. I noticed that Frieren’s current party echos her old one in many ways with Fern being Heiter’s apprentice/adopted daughter and Stark as Eisen’s apprentice. Will there be a Himmel-esque member added to the party later on? Sein doesn’t seem to fill that role.

I saw an interpretation that Frieren is the “hero” and Fern is the mage and that makes sense to me. Curious what others think.
