What’s going on with me?

Female, 17, 5”5’ and 195lbs.
I’ve been worried that something may be wrong with my uterus, such as uterine fibroids, or another gynecological condition, because my symptoms don’t feel normal and they’ve been affecting my daily life.
I’ve been having ongoing pelvic and lower abdominal pain, and sometimes the pain feels like it’s coming from my uterus or deep in my stomach. I’ve also had problems with my menstrual cycle, including irregular periods, some that I’ve missed for almost a year, or extreme period pain that won’t go away with any pain medication. The pain can become severe enough that it’s difficult to ignore, and I’m concerned because it doesn’t seem to be improving.
I know I’ve had ovarian cysts before, but I’m worried there could be something else going on as well, such as uterine fibroids, adenomyosis, endometriosis, or another condition affecting my uterus or reproductive organs. I’m also concerned because the pain sometimes extends into my abdomen, making me wonder if there’s another underlying problem involving my stomach or intestines.
