How does the Tycoon Club work

Tomorrow I'm set to receive the Tycoon Club after playing for 35 days and passing level 10 on the board. So with that in mind, how exactly does it work as I know you get crystals where you can spend them for dice, and getting to spin a wheel. Is there anything else I should know as well?
