Febuxostat Advice

Hello everyone, recently seen my rheumatologist after having 4 gout flare ups already this year. I’ve been prescribed Febuxostat, I’ve been doing some research into the medication and have discovered it can be linked to higher Cardiovascular events. I do currently suffer with Heart Palpitations but have not been given an answer to these after having a 24h monitor and many ECG’s. Do you think I’m over thinking taking the Febuxostat with having heart palpitations? I’m unsure on whether this is my crazy health anxiety telling me not to take it. Doctor said I had nothing to worry about so I guess I should take the advice from the professional…would be helpful if anyone on Febuxostat could reassure me or give me some advice! Thank you ☺️
