Had a TPK at the Old Bonegrinder in session 3. What next?

So basically, all the party and both Irena and Ishmark were downed trying to fight the hags of the Old Bonegrinder.

It’s important to note that no one was actually killed during combat, with most the party down and stable or early on rolling death saves - they had taken out 2 of the 3 hags, before rolling the worst set of rolls I’ve seen in my life and failing to take out Bella.

I’ve had a couple ideas as I don’t want to end the campaign or outright kill someone this early on, and also think it makes more sense for Bella to keep them alive.

One idea is she lets the party go but takes something from each of them for scrying, and demands they do a job for her.

The other is she simply sells the group to Strahd, and they awaken in his castle with Irena and Ishmark missing.
