Consumer rights act 2015, Need some advice UK England
Bought a car from Audi, An issue arised and they have accepted my rejection they just need specialists to view the diagnostic sheet. However the dealership is over 100 miles away and they are asking me to drive down with a driveshaft fault. They have told me either drive down, Repair under warranty and drive down, and they have not allowed any compensation for the ride back or a courtesy car. My question is, Are they allowed to make me drive down with this fault or can i keep pressuring them to collect the vehicle as it is their issue? Need some advice and what is the most probable outcome. thank you
NOTE, i am rejecting the vehicle under the consumers right act 2015 and they have agreed on the rejection. The issue is the collection of the vehicle and whether I have to drive it down.
