Moving in for the first time with autism

So today I've just been able to confirm a deposit and move in date for my dream (!!) home. im only renting with my partner, but im so so happy!

however, as much as I know the pathways on how to then move my life over as well, i feel like a lot of that may be more difficult than necessary due to the fact that the stress will affect my function. it's not the case of avoiding it, im aware that this is just natural life stress, it's just a thing - but what steps could be put in place to make sure everything runs slightly more smoothly for myself?
