Hub centering

Hi, i'm searching who can take a look tomorow to a wheel and car and make hub centering for this situation. One service saying that hub centering is the problem 0.1mm(66.7>66.6) and other saying that problem is tires. So we left lithuania without vibration and now in Krakow its almost impossible to drive. Maybe someone have recommendation or can help with this question?
