Sound System Help B8 A4 Non-B&O

like the title says of have the audi concert, and i have blown 2 speakers now and want to have a slight BUDGET upgrade of my door speakers and front tweeters. i am not a sound guy and have no idea what im stepping into, so i need some advice on what sizes and speakers you guys use.
