Quest 3 proxy issue: Previously, sharing a proxy via my phone worked, but now it doesn't.

Quest 3 proxy issue: Previously, sharing a proxy via my phone worked, but now it doesn't.

Why is it that when I use my phone to share a proxy, with the exact same steps as before, it no longer works?

My computer is also connected to my phone's hotspot, and with manual proxy settings, it can bypass the firewall.

With the same settings, why doesn't it work on my Quest 3?

Honestly, using a Quest 3 in China feels like buying a high-maintenance master to wait on hand and foot!
