Normal lang ba magkaroon ng mark sa nose after wearing eyeglasses all day?

Problem/Goal: Nagleleave ng mark sa nose area ung eyeglass na binili ko first few days after getting it.

Context: It's my first time wearing computer glasses as ive developed myopia with astigmatism. Bought them from Owndays but after using it for the whole duration of my working hours, nagleave sya ng mark sa nose.

I'm worried na if lagi ko syang gagamitin and ganito lagi ung case, maging permanent ung mark nya.

Is this normal or is something wrong with the frame?
If ever, may nakaranas na rin po ba magpapalit ng eyeglasses from owndays for exchange within 30 days after getting it? How was your experience po?
