What would you rather have as an option for college classes?

I work at a college and am currently taking courses. It's been in much debate over how the college I'm at wants to make the move to online only. There's advantages/disadvantages to all options, but as my own personal curiosity I'm wondering what others think.

For a little more info: In-Person has regular schedules and all options for help with meeting face to face and online zoom options. Full courses are a full semester.

Online is fully online and full courses are condensed into half a semester, but flexible for however time management you want to go about it.
