Need help with contractor/insurance issue

I’m not sure if this is the right place for this, but maybe someone can advise me??

Anyone have advice on contractors and insurance? I’m afraid I’ve gotten into a sticky situation…

My mortgage company requires signed contracts to do work, contractors insurance, license and W9

I signed the contracts, but the contractor has not provided the rest of what I need to get the money released. Now they’re delivering supplies and planning to work, sending me bills… I don’t have the means to get the funds and they’re not replying to texts or emails.

Anyone know what I can do here???
