Electricity problem

Hey guys, i know the title is weird asf 😭but I gotta ask cus idk what to do. So like we rented our place to soke people and they left today but the lights and fans are not working. But they werw working before the inverter was taken away from the place. Now only sone sockets are working which are not connected to inverter switch. What is the reason behind this and how make the fans and other appliances work without the inverter.
