Limbo

I moved from nyc 10 years ago, live now upstate and do t like it. Ive been unhappy for 19 years. Im single and middle age with a low mortgage. I want to rent out my apt and go back to nyc but the high rents are scaring me. I regret daily leaving behind a rent stabilized apt in uws. I guess im just venting.
