First time trying SR

Ive been taking leaf for about a month now at about 15-20 gpd and about 200mg of 7oh just on the weekends. I ordered 500mg of SR 10 count tablets. Anyone have any advice how I should go about this quit? Any tapering schedule advice and input is highly appreciated. Thankyou!!
