Any experiences with these Apartments?

Im relocating to Milwaukee in the next couple of months, and after researching so far my top apartments are St. Clair, Van Buren, and 1671 N. Prospect Ave. Does anyone have any experiences with these apartments? Or any other recommendations for studios in the Lower East Side for under $1000? Thanks for your help!
