Isolation in fellowship

At a large academic program and it feels isolating. Kinda miss it when I crashed out with co residents and now in fellowship we are all busy and tired and just wana work and go home. It’s just you and the attending often times. I guess it’s the feeling of adulthood and gotta figure out new friend circles?
