Addresses for International QSL Cards Are Wrong on QRZ.com?

General

I sent a QSL card to someone in England using the address that they had on the QSL card they sent me. The address matched the address on QRZ.com. However, the recipient didn't receive the card, which was sent in June. I emailed the operator and they confirmed the address was correct.

On a whim, I took the address, and put it into AI just to see what it said, and it told me that the format was incorrect. It states that writing "ENGLAND" on the last line was incorrect and that letters to England need to state, "UNITED KINGDOM" on the last line. But it gets better...

I'm also addressing envelopes for the 2026 13 Colonies Special Event, and I was just about to go to the post office. Again on a whim, I checked the address format for the station in France with AI. It once again said that the address format was incorrect. This time, it states that according to the official Universal Postal Guidelines, the Post Code has to go to the left of the Locality Name. Here's the link https://www.upu.int/UPU/media/upu/PostalEntitiesFiles/addressingUnit/fraEn.pdf However, the address on QRZ.com is not formatted that way.

My question is, why would these operators in international countries use the incorrect format on QRZ.com? Has anyone run into this problem with sending QSL cards internationally?
