KC3000 2TB instability HELP
Hey! Im lowk scratching my head on this one and am hoping to maybe get some advice here. ..
So I have a 9950X3D, Rog Strix X870-f gaming wifi, 48gb ddr5 corsair 6000mt and one Fury Renegade gen4 1TB and a KC3000 gen4 2TB, the problem I am having is that the KC3000 is being really unstable and crashes when being used for things like downloading a game or actively playing a game. It at usage randomly disconnects and sometimes the pc still detects it but it pops up like RAW in disk management. Event viewer gave errors event 50 and 140 saying the drive stopped responding and failed to flush data. So far I've tried updating bios to latest stable and beta version, chipset and all other drivers even those unrelated to the issue, I've reinstalled windows just to rule that out aswell and I still have the same issues. What I've been able to figure out so far from testing is disabling the sata controller delays the inevitable crash. I've tried limiting the slot to gen4, even gen 3 and that did not help either. I asked my parents if I could try it in their pc and it was completely stable during the same scenarios that caused the KC3000 to crash on my pc. I already RMA'd the first one when I started to see this issue and the replacement nvme has the exact same issue causing me to think this is software related? I tried swapping place with my fury renegade and KC3000 and the fury renegade is stable no matter what slot I put it in but the KC3000 is unstable no matter what slot I use.
I do not know if there was a trigger to this behavior if there was an update or something that caused this but I've not gotten it to work ever since. It shows also as healthy in both kingston software and crystaldisk. Does anyone have a clue what the cause could be and what the fix could potentially be?
