Credit to Cash problem

May credit to cash ako and trying to pay it off. Im currently here sa US for good. Binabayaran ko namn monthly, ang question ko po is paano ko po babayaran in full. Hindi ko naman po kasi matawagan kasi US phone number ko. Tina-try ko din e-email pero I got no response. Please help!
