past few years, I have been facing dark circles like this, but it wasn't always this way. Because rubbing my eyes, turned dark. looks like distinct, separate layer. I also used a Vitamin C cream, which I feel didn't suit me. Skin got burn. Need at least 30/40 improvement. Working on diet and sleep.
