I'm getting a lot of adverts for wonderskin eyeliner - Are they really a stand out product or very similar to the rest?

Question as per the title.

I'm curious for your thoughts on these eyeliner pencils because I'd like to try more of these techniques and colouring in of the water lines and things like that.

Are there high street equivalents that you'd recommend instead for a fraction of the cost?
