Spray Tan for Tan Lines

Hi Ladies, I'm due to get married in 2 months and my dress has a low v shaped back.

The problem I'm currently facing are my tan lines. I run 4 times a week and the recent weather has meant that I now have ridiculous tan lines on my back. This is what my back looked like 3 weeks ago, and it's gotten worse since.

Is my best option to get a spray tan to even this out? I'm quite pale, don't wear tan normally, and don't want to look not-like-me on my wedding day.
