Abusive company

This is more records of what my company does i made a previous post plz give it a read

I work for a environment spill cleaning company

I'm a simple feild technician no supervisor no lead no management roll or office roll

My place used to be good till new management came in micro manages us and puts in rules that only favor them

Earlier today I was told I stole time.......I didn't I was called in on a weekend to measure a vac truck that was filled with haz waste and reacted so couldn't move it, it was stuck in the yard we were taking shifts on the weekend going in to measure ppm and temperatures twice a day for about 15 min but by law if your called in for work it's 3 hrs in Ontario and that's what I put in.....they got mad because I was supposed to do it for free not clock in also someone billed the branch using my name yet I don't have access to do that I don't have authorization to bill shifts so someone took my name my hours and billed it to the branch without my knowledge or permission I simply clocked my hours in and out on schedule app but got in trouble for it ??? Make that make sense??

I also got in trouble because I was refusing to do office work for inventory that isn't even our branches inventory........I was asked to do inventory on there warehouse and shelves...organize...clean that I can do but then they wanted me to take my list and use administrative app to catalog everything send it to office staff and write down what they needed ordered for lab...I don't know half the machines there or test tunes called I'm not lab worker I work in tanks doing the dirty work I am not QA or lab worker I don't know the dictionary definitions of the gear or tech they use but was supposed to do there inventory and ordering using there log inns that sounds like a disaster to happen that I'd be blamed for

The new bosses have decided instead of having everyone trained on there job title they want everyone trained to do everything but no rais or proper training and if you mess up once on things your not trained on properly you get constantly yelled at or disciplined publicly in front of the others no matter what in one day I was called into a office 4 times not just me but others too and then where told there too busy......i got yelled at for being too quiet because everything i said was being reported so I just focused on my job ....told I wasn't a team player and need to not be quiet....I'm a feild tech and work mostly alone and I'm not sales or customer service.....i don't need to be talkative I work cleaning haz spills or oil tanks ....make that make sense and before I was considered a good employee I even got employee of the month now anything I do good is shadowed and every little mistake even thi is I'm not responsible for I'm publicly humiliated and scolded constantly....i feel like we get yelled at more then we do the work yet no one gets written up because they know the moment it's recorded for something stupid we can fight that so instead where all yelled at or talked too ......that is my life now I'm currently looking for a new job

I know to some it seems I'm just exaggerating or I'm making a big deal out of nothing or maybe I'm the problem..........if it was just me sure I'd think that but over 20 ppl have quite and no new hire stays longer then a week already seeing the corruption

I got yelled at on a job site and the customer saw and pulled me aside asking if I was OK and said what they did was wrong.....it was something about a pressure washer hose that burst because one of the bosses turned up the pressure while I was washing and the hose burst I didn't know she turned it up but I got yelled at saying it was my responsibility yet I'm not the one who turned up the pressure beyond the hoses capabilities and not tell anyone....that's what I deal with daily
