need help

i wanna build a set up for home karaoke
Budget: €300–350
Country: Greece
Use: Home karaoke, mostly solo singing with occasional duets. pop.
Priorities: I care much more about vocal quality than volume. I want natural-sounding reverb, not a cheesy echo effect. Bluetooth for backing tracks from my phone. Wireless microphone. Ability to add a second mic later. I’m deciding between a party speaker and a powered PA speaker + mixer and would love recommendations from people who’ve owned both please lmk.
