Is ICICI Coral Credit card good as a beginner card?

I (23M) recently started my first job and my monthly income is \\\~50k. I have an Airtel Axis credit card for my utility payments. I have a pre-approved LTF offer for an ICICI coral credit card, should I take it as a beginner card to improve my CIBIL score? Also should I go with VISA, Mastercard or Rupay? Is there any other card which I should consider?

My current CIBIL score is 734. I have an ongoing bike loan and an education loan, both EMIs are paid on time.

My major expenses are fuel, dining and groceries. I usually do shopping both online and offline.
