Dropping after DNC deadline

Ive been trying to reach out to the student adviser but he hasnt responded, I also emailed seneca and went in person but they said theres nothing they can do but to wait for adviser to respond to me. Has anyone ever done dropping after DNC deadline? Im extremely overwhelmed and mentally exhausted.
