Sony WF-1000XM5 help

For some reason when in ambient sound mode (so I can hear things around me while wearing them) the right earbud is noticeably slightly muffled. I've Cleaned them. Replaced the ear tips. Checked the settings and programs. I've done everything but restart it. Is anyone else expiring this or has heard of it and knows how to fix it? It's really strange to have my right side hearing muffled
