Not receiving Fine Art rewards tier 2

Anymore people having issues with the tier 2 awards from the fine arts event?

I am not receiving my noose outfit and 1mil even though I did multiple heists during this period and waited 72 hours each time.

I already contacted rockstar support but they are absolutely useless. They keep telling me they cannot verify I did the heist and immediately closing the ticket.

They recommended me to do one more heist which I did. I noted the exact time of completion, money received, who I did it with all that and I even recorded the ending of the heist with timestamp and all.

Still it's not in their system... So anyone else having this issue as well?
