75 COC, April 2026 AOS filer, no update after biometrics

I am from a 75 COC country with eb2 niw. My I-485 RD is April 13, 2026. Biometrics were completed on May 14.

On May 14, I got 2x FTA0, and on May 15 I had one silent update on I-485. Since then, no update at all. My case is still at NBC with no field office transfer showing.

Is this normal? I see many people getting silent updates or FO movement within about 2 months after biometrics. Is anyone else in the same situation?

Is there anything useful I can do at this point, or just wait?
