How to recover account

So, I was trying to log in to another account of mine, but I couldn't because it requires verification from the mobile number registered to it. The problem is, my phone broke, my SIM card was inside it, and I no longer have that phone. It broke and I lost it. I also don't have an email registered to the account. Clicking the 'Try another way' option isn't an option at all, since those options just lead back to the mobile number I've lost access to. Is there really a way to log in to this account again on another device?
