What (not) to bring clairfication

I was just taking a look through this year "What (not) to bring" list and its a little confusing. Wondering if anyone might have some insight on this.

I noticed that its says "plastic bottles" are not allowed in the festival. I did not have any issues bringing in an empty one last year. Possibly the rules have changed this year? Not allowing empty platic bottles seems a bit strange to me.

Also, under " What not to bring to DreamVille" its says "cans" . However if you scroll down further to the "Permitted objects at DreamVille" section, it says you can bring " A maximum of 6 cans of alcoholic beverages"

Little unsure whats actually allowed now.
