Site requires my location. I can't give it because of Windows permissions have been blocked.

My desktop pc is almost 10 years old, running Windows 10. When I first bought it I remember downloading some security programme thing to disable all unwanted junk/bloat and disable telemetry and so on. Now however I'm stuck with not being able to permit apps on my pc to be able to provide some sites my location.

Here is a picture of the Location settings. https://imgur.com/a/ceHBBMJ

The red text says that "my organisation is hiding/managing some options". How do I disable this and permit sites to acces my location? This is my own pc and I know the reason why it happened. It's because of that thing I downloaded years ago. Thank you.
