Weird Ad question

So I keep getting ads for campaigns/donations on pretty my much every other streamer when watching videos on YouTube (especially the Texas race) but I'm not seeing any on the D mans YouTube. Is this a demonetization thing? I kinda lost track of the status of that but thought it was weird given the number I'm seeing on other channels vs how much of Destiny's stuff I watch.
