Being more disciplined

Hey all,
I’m able to “beat” NL5/10 rnc on GG and NL10 on coin yet I manage to punt it away when one hand goes against me. This has become more prevelant as I get tilted or carry tilt from session to session. I know I’m a good enough player to beat these stakes (aware of concepts such as ranges, blockers, implied equity/domination) but I just struggle with the discipline as a person with adhd of not punting when something goes awry. Are there any quick remedies to this? Thanks
