Are props really built for traders ?

After trading with them for 3years across multiple props and pulling close to $178k in payouts. Sometimes I feel like props are like first come first serve, the ones that get paid are always lucky I guess. Because sometimes even after following rules they can easily deny payouts. Every payout matters to the trader but sometimes I feel it is injustice to not pay traders who have put their heart and soul into.

If they really say we are built for traders then I feel every trader needs to be paid cause a lot of hard work ,time, patience and discipline has been put by each and every individual trader…
