New to switch emulation, and wanting advice regarding viruses

Hi everyone! I'm trying to find a rom to play on my pc rather than on my switch.

I've downloaded a couple ROMs online from sites people here recommended (though I haven't found many recommendations dating less than a year), and when I ran them through an anti-virus, a couple files were flagged each time. Also they had renpy files in them and all that.

Is that normal?
