Can someone help me out for some advice?

Hi guys yes I'm posting again but I wonder can anyone offer me advice here. I'm 27 in the environmental sector in northern ireland, im on £32k a year but with the cost of living I need more money. Health and safety is strong in the south of Ireland too in addition to renewable energy but various recruiting agencies have said I'd only start on about 30-40,000 euros a year. I'm bloody lost, my masters is in sustainability but I'm scratching my head for jobs. With finances being the key concern I've near thought of slugging out a few years in blue collar work or something
