Do you think we should be preparing to return Abkhazia and "South Ossetia" after the end of Putin era?

Basically, Putin is 73 years old now. It is not too far away from the end of Putin's rule in Russia, because of natural death if not for any other reasons. Of course, it is foolish to assume that Putin is single-handely making all decisions in Kremlin, but it is also true that Putin is basically married to certain decisions which he can not step back from. One of such decisions is war in Ukraine, another one is war with Georgia and recognition of occupied territories as independent. But war in Ukraine turned out to be a major f*** up for Putin, since the "special operation" is still continuing after four years with no end in sight and 500,000 fatalities. If the war continues and turns into Afghanistan for Russia, it is very likely that next Russian president will be compelled to make concessions to end the war. Salome Zurabishvili once said that the return of territories to Georgia should be included in final negotiations regarding the end of war in Ukraine. Do you think we should be preparing for returning our territories, which can happen in next 5-10 years? Or is this not realistic?
