Looking for MC/Visa Travel Card Recommendation to Compliment Amex Delta Gold

Looking to add a Visa or MC travel card to earn points for primarily air travel and use for daily spend at restaurants and such. Open to a general travel card or airline branded card and would be nice to have some perks for lounge access. My spouse currently has a Delta Amex gold that we use frequently but would like to add a MC/Visa option for better acceptance internationally. Would like no FTFs too.

Home airports are New England. Fly frequently out of BDL, BTV, or BOS. Feel like most often book Jet Blue and Delta, more occasionally United, American and Aer Lingus

Current cards (all opened about ~15-20 years ago):

• FICO Score: 815
• Oldest account age: approx 20 years
• Income: $100,000
• Average monthly spend on restaurants ~$500, currently do larger trips with air travel a few times a year but see that going up to 5 or 6 times. Normally travel with spouse so companion travel perks would be nice. Probably looking at about $1,000-$1,500/month spend total on the card
• Open to Business Cards: No
• What's the purpose of your next card? Airline mile redemption, lounge access (nice to have but not main goal), use regularly for travel and dining spend.
• Do you have any cards you've been looking at? Chase Sapphire, Jet Blue Plus, Venture X, open to others
