Starting a new romance

My original romance/partner is Vette and I still like her, but I miss having someone I can actually interact with. The repeatable date night quest does not quite fill the void.

What are your thoughts on this? Have you stayed loyal to your original romance partner or have found someone new after they became irrelevant?
