what can i do to quit p hub addiction?? Plz help

hey , so i m 17m, i have had porn addiction since last year and i feel like its destroying my potential. i have always been a straight As student, i have got many certificates for academic excellence but now , it feels like i m drowning in an ocean created by me.its not that i dont know that i need to quit, its just that i succumb to the urge at that time. both my parents r working and i m a single child, i m alone most of the time at home.

ik its the time to go full throttle as i m getting close for college entrance exams, so plzzzz help me. plz
