Annual QPI at 1.00, how is that possible?

So basically like I'm looking at the SIS now and it's showing that my annual QPI is at 1.00. But like how is that possible?

I only have 2 D's but one D is from summer it was an F from the previous sem.

And another F from a 1st year sub, and like I have mostly B's and C's, some A's here and there but I don't think that the 1.00 is right.

Pls pls pls help me out, is this a site problem or am I cooked? And if it is an actual problem pls tell if I should contact the head of my course for a consultation. I really can't make sense of it.
