Pass TAT

Anyone else having trouble with receiving packages from Threaded Charm smocks? Don’t get me wrong she’s a nice person but her PO had a TAT of June. We are in mid July and it’s crazy how some people have already received it!! I guess she does her shipments in different parts but why wait a week later or more to ship the rest out? It’s getting frustrating being very understanding. Yes I have reached out and it’s always “they are getting shipped” but the label hasn’t even been created?!
