Is there any book like the movie Autopsy of Jane Doe?

Hi guys, so I rewatched The Autopsy of Jane Doe yesterday, and somehow it still managed to scare the hell out of me.

I'm looking for horror books with that same kind of feeling or better concept. I want something that's genuinely scary with a creepy, unsettling concept or mystery that keeps getting stranger as the story unfolds. I'm not really looking for literary or artsy horror where everything is symbolic. I just want a book with a great scary premise that delivers on the horror and will genuinely scare me.

Any recommendations?

Ps: I have read Hex.
